I think I had a DecidED account before, but I’m not sure. Can I create a new account?
- Each DecidED account is connected to both an email address and a cell phone number. Since you cannot create a duplicate account with those credentials, you should first check if you already have an account.
- If you are not sure if you have an account, check by selecting the Log in with Email option on the sign in screen. DecidED will send you a unique code via both text and email if you have an existing account.
- If you get a message that says “User does not exist” after submitting your email on the “Log in with Email” screen, then you will need to create a new account.
